Including: winding resistance, electrical contact resistance, pull-in current (voltage), rated working current (voltage), release current (voltage), rated contact load, insulation resistance, dielectric strength and other electrical parameters.
3. Time parameter requirements:
In the control circuit, the requirements for the pull-in and release time of the relay are often put forward, as well as the time parameter requirements such as armature conversion, contact jitter, and pulse distortion.
4. Environmental adaptability requirements:
According to the use environment of the relay, in order to ensure reliable operation, environmental adaptability items include: temperature (limit high and low temperature, temperature cycle, temperature shock, low temperature storage, etc.), resistance to humidity (normal temperature and high humidity, high temperature and high humidity), resistance to low air pressure , Vibration stability and vibration intensity, shock stability and shock intensity, constant acceleration.
In special environments, there are also anti-salt spray, anti-fungal, radiation resistance, transportation, and storage items.
5. Life and failure rate index requirements:
Under the specified test environmental conditions and contact load, the number of errors within the specified number of actions should not exceed the requirements specified by the product. The fault referred to here refers to the adhesion phenomenon when the contacts are disconnected during the operation of the relay, so that the contact voltage drop exceeds the specified level when the contacts are closed.
The relays with reliability index requirements are all specified with failure rate index grade requirements.
6. Safety specification requirements:
In order to prevent electric shock and fire, the product must comply with the safety regulations of the relevant countries, such as the Great Wall of China, UL of the United States, CSA of Canada, VDE of Germany, TUV, etc.
Not all relays have to meet the above requirements. According to different usage conditions, the technical requirements of relays are also different.
